Core platform (included)

Haip PMS Cloud is a per-property hosted product. The intro core plan includes:

Full PMS — rooms, rates, folios

Day-to-day hotel operations: inventory, rate plans, reservations, and guest folios.

Channel connections and rate parity

Connect your OTA channels and keep rate/inventory discipline. We do not list third-party channel brands here.

Channel and OTA fees are passed through at cost — no Telivity markup on those fees.

Night audit and reports

Close the day and keep operational reporting available without bolting on a separate product for the basics.

Unlimited staff seats

Your team can work in the system without a per-seat tax on the core plan. Roles still apply; seats are not the pricing meter.

Haip AI included

Haip AI is part of the core plan — not a Remy upsell. Remy is a separate admin co-pilot add-on. See Haip AI.

We host, monitor, and update it

No infra for you to run. No updates for you to schedule. Built on our open-source PMS; we operate the hosted instance.

Setup and migration

We help with property setup and data import where it applies. Specific cutover timelines are not promised in marketing copy — we talk those through with you.
