Core platform (included)

HAIP PMS Cloud is priced per property. HAIP (Hotel AI Platform) is open source. HAIP PMS Cloud is cloud-hosted by Telivity, built on our open-source HAIP (Hotel AI Platform). The core plan includes:

Full PMS — rooms, rates, folios

Day-to-day hotel operations: inventory, rate plans, reservations, and guest folios.

HAIP PMS Cloud front desk — arrivals, departures, and room status

Front Desk — arrivals, departures, and room status in one view.

Channel connections and rate parity

HAIP PMS Cloud works with many channel managers, including Channex, SiteMinder, DerbySoft and Beds24. Channel fees pass through at cost. Pricing is month-to-month from $199/month per property.

Night audit and reports

Close the day and keep operational reporting available without bolting on a separate product for the basics.

Unlimited staff seats

Your team can work in the system without a per-seat tax on the core plan. Roles still apply; seats are not the pricing meter.

AI review replies (staff-approved) and staff-approved guest email drafts included

AI review replies (staff-approved) and staff-approved guest email drafts included in the core plan — not a Remy upsell. Remy is a separate admin co-pilot add-on. See core AI.
