HAIP PMS Cloud is that product: cloud-hosted by Telivity, built on our open-source HAIP (Hotel AI Platform).
What it is
HAIP PMS Cloud is Telivity's cloud hotel PMS. It is built on our open-source HAIP (HAIP) — Apache 2.0 — operated as a commercial cloud service.
In scope for the product:
- Reservations, rooms, rates, and folios
- Channel connections and rate parity tooling
- Night audit and reporting
- AI review replies (staff-approved) and staff-approved guest email drafts included in the core plan
- Optional Remy admin co-pilot as an add-on
How it fits the stack
